This report presents the comments from Jubilee Centre users. These groups include staff, service users & their carers, and local residents. This engagement explored the service users views across the two sites.

Bolton GP Federation took over Shanti Medical Centre in Daubhill, Bolton in late July 2018. The GP Federation wanted to engage with the patients registered at the practice on
patient preferences with regards to the practical aspects of running it.

The purpose of this research is to investigate what would encourage/discourage people when considering independent living options for themselves or for loved ones. We asked a number of questions about environment, amenities and support that will help

The Engagement Alliance team (Healthwatch Bolton and Bolton CVS) embarked on public engagement work within Neighbourhoods that woulddevelop continous engagement across the neighbourhood.

This piece of work aimed to explore how far Bolton has come in terms of embedding co-design, how useful the group feels, to what extent the group feel they are meeting their objectives and how members feel their work can continue in the long term

Health issues unfortunately don't leave us alone at the weekend and people are often in need of medical assistance out of hours. Using NHS guidelines, we have provided some advice and information on where you can go for help when your GP is closed.

We looked at what makes carer friendly experiences. This report highlights which areas carers feel they face the most challenges with and where they feel most / least supported across housing, care and support, education, work and community sectors

Our report will enable those with experience of palliative and end of life care as well as the general public to share their experiences, thoughts, knowledge, and desire’s and inform best practice for all providers.
