The 10th October was World Mental Health Day. With the changes that we've all experienced this year as a result of the pandemic, it has never been more important to look after yourself.
Our staff member Leah took part in the day by talking about her experience of being a carer for her mum who is living with dementia. Leah shared her tips on how she keeps herself and her mum both physically and mentally well. She also talked about the importance of seeking out support and help and not feeling isolated and alone.
